By default, all web hosting services offered by Tech N Digi are shared unless a specific agreement for separate hosting is made. If dedicated hosting is required, additional charges will apply. Please note that Tech N Digi reserves the right to modify its policies at any time. Refunds for hosting-related services will not be provided under any circumstances. Additionally, we hold no liability for technical issues or lapses due to expired hosting.
Tech N Digi maintains the right to modify its package structures, plans, and pricing at any time. Changes to pricing or services will be reflected on our website without prior notice. Service setup will commence once your payment is confirmed and cleared through our internal verification processes. Please ensure that you provide accurate information, as any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate details will affect the setup process.
For accounts requiring reactivation due to cancellation, a reactivation fee of ₹2,000 will apply. If payment is overdue by 7 days, technical support services will be suspended. After 14 days of overdue payment, all services, including websites, will be paused. If overdue for 30 days, your data and services will be permanently removed from our systems. While we make every effort to reach out, it remains the client's responsibility to keep their contact and billing information up to date.
We rely on the most recent contact details provided by you. If there is a change in your contact information that you do not update with us, Tech N Digi will not be held responsible for missed communications. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all contact details remain current.
Tech N Digi enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on Unsolicited Commercial Emails (UCE), or spam, across our network. Clients and resellers are prohibited from using our services for any spam-related activity. Any violation of this policy will lead to immediate investigation, which may limit your network access during the review period. If the violation is confirmed, Tech N Digi reserves the right to terminate the account without prior notice. Violations will result in a penalty fee of ₹2,000 for the first offense, with subsequent violations incurring a ₹5,000 fee along with account termination. Please note that we also disallow mass mailings from our shared servers. For bulk emailing needs, we recommend utilizing third-party specialized services or investing in a dedicated server.
All Tech N Digi services and products must be used strictly for legal purposes. Activities that violate laws or regulations are strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, illegal activities, copyright violations, or system abuses like network breaches. Any attempt to disrupt system or network security, including introducing malicious programs such as viruses or worms, is prohibited and will result in criminal prosecution.
Certain scripts and programs are restricted on Tech N Digi’s servers due to their resource-heavy nature or security risks. Scripts that run for more than a few seconds or use excessive system resources will result in the suspension of your account. In addition, we do not allow scripts that interact with hardware or server configuration files. This includes Java or Perl chat room scripts, IRC bots, and security auditing tools. Violation of these policies may result in immediate account suspension.
While Tech N Digi performs regular weekly backups for server restoration purposes, clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups. We cannot be held liable for any loss of data. Backup management tools are available in your control panel to facilitate easy management of your backups.
Tech N Digi provides customer support primarily through email at support@technndigi.com. We offer assistance for basic control panel functions such as account management, DNS configuration, and password changes. Limited support is available for third-party software, and we are not responsible for troubleshooting or resolving issues related to third-party scripts.
Clients are responsible for maintaining security when installing third-party software on their accounts. If a security breach occurs due to poorly secured software, Tech N Digi reserves the right to terminate the account without notice.
Payments to Tech N Digi must be made through approved payment methods. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any services under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. In special cases where a refund is considered, a 48-hour window will be provided for the transfer of your site or data. All login details and credentials will be provided at that time, and we will not supply these through other media such as USB drives or CDs.
All disputes relating to Tech N Digi services will be governed by the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Jammu and Kashmir. We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
All content, materials, and services offered by Tech N Digi are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
Any information provided to Tech N Digi will be used in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Your data will never be shared with external organizations without your consent. However, it may be shared with our associated divisions or ventures to improve service delivery.
